Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from ShesFeel. We review each and every order manually to ensure that the item you have ordered will meet your expectations.

Cancellation or order modification
We prepare your order immediately after verification. With this time frame, order cancellations or changes are difficult, however, we will strive to support your request.
What are your shipping and processing times?
It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Standard Shipping Times & Fee
— Express shipping is not available to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
— Shipping time does not include the 1-2 day processing period working days required to process your order from the date it was placed.
— We will do our best to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues.
— If your package does not arrive within 40 days of placing your order, you must contact customer service within 180 days of placing your order.
Customs and import taxes
For most countries, you do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax).
However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, and Canada), you may need to pay duties or VAT according to the corresponding levying rules.
Import duties & taxes are not included. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you up to 24 hours after dispatch. If you need more detailed information, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You may return some item(s) within 30 days from when the order was placed.
Please ensure that the return is executed with care to avoid any damage to the returned items.
Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected by ShesFeel, the refund for eligible returns (unused and undamaged items in original packaging) will be processed within two weeks.
Please note the refunds will be released to the original method of payment.
1. The ShesFeel returns form must be filled out within 30 days of receiving your delivery.
2. You must enter the email address you used when ordering when filling out the returns form. Once your return form has been reviewed by a member of staff, you will be given a SRN NUMBER – ( ShesFeel return number).
3. Unfortunately for health reasons all necklace sets that include earrings and earrings are a final sale.
4. We’re unable to accept returns on engraved, monogrammed or other personalised items, as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you.
5. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
6. Partial returns or exchange of products from a set item is not acceptable.
